When it comes to classic childhood comfort food, these Beefy Ramen Noodles totally hit the spot. They're rich, savory, and satisfying and come together in less than 20 minutes. The perfect meal for a busy weeknight.


1 tbsp
yellow onion, diced
garlic clove, minced
1 lb
lean ground beef
1 cup
beef broth
1 tbsp
hoisin sauce
1 tbsp
oyster sauce
1 tbsp
soy sauce
2 packages
instant ramen noodles
green onions, sliced
1 tsp
sesame seeds


In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion to the skillet and cook, stirring, until it begins to soften, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook until it is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the beef to the skillet and break it up using the side of a spoon. Cook, stirring, until it begins to brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the beef broth, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Nestle the ramen noodles into the skillet. Allow the ramen to soften slightly before stirring, about 2 minutes. Cook, stirring, until the ramen noodles are completely cooked, another 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the green onions.

Serve immediately topped with the sesame seeds or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
