These fresh and flavorful Sesame Ginger Noodles are a quick and easy dinner that the whole family will love. They're sweet and savory and come together in less than 20 minutes making them the perfect weeknight meal.
12 oz | rice noodles |

3 tbsp | tamari |
2 tbsp | sesame oil |
1 | lime, juice |
1 tsp | agave syrup |
1 tsp | grated fresh ginger |
1 | garlic clove, grated |
1/8 tsp | red pepper flakes |
1 cup | shredded cooked chicken |
1 cup | shredded red cabbage |
2 | carrots, peeled and shredded |
2 | green onions, sliced |
1/4 cup | chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tbsp | sesame seeds |
Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain in a colander and set them aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, tamari, lime juice, agave, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Set it aside.
In a large bowl, toss together the noodles, chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, and dressing.
Serve immediately topped with the cilantro and sesame seeds or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
