1 tsp | coconut sugar |
1/4 cup | dried apricots |
2 tbsp | slivered almonds |
1 tbsp | hemp hearts |
Combine all of the ingredients in an airtight container. Store for up to 1 month in the pantry.
When ready to use, pour the instant oatmeal mixture into a serving bowl and mix with 3/4 cup boiling water. Let the oatmeal sit until the water has been absorbed, about 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
