1/2 cup | quick cooking oats (gluten-free) |

1 tsp | ground flaxseed |
1 tsp | ground chia seeds |
1 tsp | coconut sugar |
1/8 tsp | ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup | chopped dried apple |
2 tbsp | chopped walnuts |
2 tbsp | raisins |
Combine all of the ingredients in an airtight container. Store for up to 1 month in the pantry.
When ready to use, pour the instant oatmeal mixture into a serving bowl and mix with 3/4 cup boiling water. Let the oatmeal sit until the water has been absorbed, about 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
